I love the concept of this window cleaning service. - easy to book, text the day before arrival and easy to pay. My windows look good and clean. Im a happy customer 😊

Scratched our new front door and wriggling out of coming up with a solution. I don't want a new front door, after your heavy handed window cleaner chipped off the finish on our £1800 new front door. Maybe you could have showed a bit of customer service and said you could try and touch it up... Terrible service.

Was updated on when windows were to be cleaned. On the day the operative knocked on my door asking which windows were mine due to it been 1st time , communication is what matters and I have no issue with that.

Brilliant Service!!!. Excellent communication, before the job and after completing. windows thoroughly cleaned, sills wiped down and no mess left. Online payment simple, again great communication. Details of how to contact if there were any issues. Highly recommend this company. Very pleased with the results.

Said they would be out between 1st and 7th but came out on the 9th after I made contact,other than that fast,quick,efficient did a good job

I had issues with my last window cleaner saying they called when they clearly never.. so I made the leap to find a trusted professional company..An I am pleased to say i did.. all windows and sills and exterior doors cleaned (front &Back door) very happy with the service and i would highly recommend to all . Are you wanting a reliable professional service...well Preen&Clean is for you.. They also offer a wide range of services gutter cleaning etc..

Lovely first clean. Windows hadn’t been cleaned in 4-5 years since we moved in. Some minimal streaks appeared on a window but nothing that a second clean won’t completely get rid of. Polite gentleman hard worker and really took his time to get all the stains off the frames and windows. I was really happy. Lots of light now comes through the windows. Thank you

We cancelled as the service was very expensive for what it is. However, they have kept coming despite our cancellation and are now sending letters demanding payment. Not impressed at all.

If I’m honest I didn’t think they was cleaned well marks on the glass still and pvc was still dirty

So, I used this company for 6 months. It wasn't plain sailing. Didn't turn up once because they thought I'd cancelled, they did say they'd do the next clean for free because of the mix up - but did still invoice me and I had to remind them. They also offered a discount clean for leaving a review, so I did, but they still invoiced me the full amount. They just seemed quite disorganised from an admin point of view.
Regarding the actual cleans, they were very rushed. I was nearly always in when they came and from pulling up outside my house to driving off it was a maximum of 7 minutes. That does not seem long enough to clean a 3 bedroom semi. The website states it takes 30 minutes to an hour.
Because of the lack of time spent the cleans weren't that good, specifically the sills that were left with orange/brown stains on them. I have since cancelled the service.

I booked the service and they called within 3 days. Cleaning was good standard and prices are very reasonable. Communication is very efficient with both text and email.

Lack of service however as time went on they become worse!
They hardly clean your window let alone your frames!
I cancel them after making my complaint to them, they then said let us make it right and clean your windows for free on the next round and see how you feel.
So i did, give them a chance!
The second time i complaint again with the same issue, windows not clean, brush barely touching your window, just sprays of water all done in less then 5mins! not even cleaning the frames, that’s still got orange grains marks! I can just do the frames downstairs with my bare hands the old fashion way. Which i shouldn’t have to if your paying for a a service that provides
“ Hot purified water, to clean windows and frames”
And they was chasing me
for a billing when they never cleaned my window on one of the days, since i knew this as i was recuperating in my lounge on a hospital bed, and no windows cleaner came on the said day, and tbey had the audacity to keep charging me, they since then waive this when i complaint the second time.

Although in Second complaint, i told them i no longer required their service yet again! And that they take this complaint as my termination from yourself. 12/03/2026
Yet today 01/04/2026 you turned up to and cleaned my windows!! again not
even touching my window just spraying! And yet you are
charging me, when i have told you in my email i have terminated your service
from my property.
I am not even giving you any chances… when your harassing me for another chance not once but twice.
I don’t take too kindly when a customer is not being heard or
listened to the first time, but to have to do this again the Third time, LEAVE MY PROPERTY ALONE, we no longer require your service. (or lack of service)

Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience.
My son’s bedroom window was egged in November. Since then, this company has attended on four separate occasions (three regular cleans and one re-clean following a complaint), and the egg residue is still clearly visible.
I contacted the company multiple times to raise this issue and was initially ignored. When I finally received a response, a re-clean was arranged — however, even after this additional visit, the problem remains unresolved.
I was also home during one of the cleans and the work carried out took around five minutes in total, with very little actual cleaning done. The windows were briefly brushed and rinsed, leaving visible dirt and marks behind.
I have continued to pay for a service that has not been delivered to a reasonable standard, and even after giving multiple opportunities to put things right, the issue has still not been resolved.
I would not recommend.
