Windows were clean thoroughly including sills and no streaks were left after the clean. Even the dormer windows at high-level were cleaned good service and result.

It was the best window cleaning we have ever had at our house. Bedroom Windows that had not been cleaned properly for years were done with speed and efficiency. The guy just turned up and got on with it - a professional and friendly service which I would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. The windows were cleaned to a very high standard and left spotless and sparkling. You can really tell care and attention was taken — the difference is amazing. Very professional, tidy, and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend.

We booked online for our windows to be cleaned in early December. We were conscious it was the Christmas period which would cause delay and were not in a rush but did not hear anything for a little while. As a result we messaged Preen and Cleen who were really apologetic and acted quickly, the windows being cleaned the next day. The chap who turn’t up was lovely, and did a great job explaining what he would do, and explained the cause of the slight delay. He left the windows looking great. Really pleased 😀

Prompt and excellent clean of my windows for a fair price. Good notification of when they would be attending. Many and easy ways to pay the invoice. Great result and would recommend to others.

Windows are super clean and shiny and at a great price

This was the first time the windows have been cleaned for around a year as we bought the property, then empty, in August 2025. Since then we have had a lot of work done on the house creating a lot of dust which decended on all the windows. Following your clean the result is stark and has made an incredible difference and we are thrilled to be able to look through sparklingly clean glass!

Excellent first impressions. Really simple to connect and book first clean. Communication clear and helpful. Preen and clean came as promised and did a great job. Windows cleaned, gate shut ! Even came with a promise to redo if windows were streaky - but no revisit needed. Several options to pay - I did it with Apple Pay with a few clicks on my phone. Happy, happy!

Not had my windows cleaned for some time but arranged for Preen & Clean to come and now they are sparkling!!! Would definitely recommend. No fuss and no bother.

The booking process was easy and straight forward. I did it end of December to book in for January. I got confirmation straight away when booked and then a text message the day before confirming when the service will be provided.
The gentleman came and did a fabulous job and then I got a message a few hours after with an invoice to pay via Apple Pay or through bank transfer. And then a receipt of payment once paid.
Easy , straightforward, great value for money highly recommend the company.

I didn’t think the service could actually get worse - but it did!

The latest visit occurred whilst I was out on a short dog walk, got back 10mins after receiving the invoice text to a house that had NO CLEANING.

No water marks around property, no droplets in any window, dirt and marks still visible.

The previous visit I was at home and although they got out the van and attempted a “clean”, a quick one wipe on all the downstairs windows (not even the back full glass door) with no suds was applied and no scrubbing. The cleaner obviously thought nobody was home, but I was watching.

It took weeks for a response via text and email that time. At least time time a lovely lady in the phone wavered the charge for the second time and cancelled my subscription.

This service used to be great, but of late it’s been appalling. Beware - you run a risk of being charged for minimal or no cleaning.

Company came in the morning and got the job done. Windows look nice and clean, very happy with the service.

It was easy to set up, the texts help to remind you when they are coming, it means no big bills as the online set up is efficient and easy to do.
And my windows are clean..amazing would definitely recommend .

Great service. Great communication with bad weather

Windows were still dirty even after second visit, attempts to complain has netted no response and it appears respond they have the respond to message feature turned off.
