spent £93.15 last night in Letchworth and although was advised that they given the promised dougballs for £6.95 as freebie as per their app, not applied, now trying to call them after 30 plus minutes won't pick up.and every 10 seconds it asks you to press 1 if you want to continue to hold? ridiculous, have send an email to their head office who do not provide a telephone number? how ridiculous this is, will not be going to a Prezzo again or recommending them, rip off, small prions not good quality and although the staff were great this is sadly my experience, it's not about the £6.95 but the fact that they do want my business but do not want to provide a customer service and frustrate you
tried then to call another restaurant and same thing no pick same routine? message says all staff are busy and then 10 seconds later says if you want to keep on holding press 1, what a lot of rubbish, they just do not want to speak with you? none of their restaurants including their Head Office, terrible rubbish experience. what a set up they have, steer clear loads of other outlets and choices out there, go to a place where they value you as person not just take your money and then provide no customer service, DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH YOU.

Great service

Went for lunch today, booked table for 3 people, wasn't too busy, staff very attentive, food was great. 5* highly recommend.

Now to pricey

Visited the Prezzo in Port Solent , Portsmouth yesterday after a break of several months and i was shocked at the prices, now £17-50 for a small amount of Chicken Rigaton, and £8-75 for a Caramel Sundae, prices have increased whilst the main meal portions in particular have decreased.
Have visited Prezzo over a period of years, but the Co will not be getting our families custom again .

Well done Canterbury

Went to Prezzo in Canterbury. It was very busy as it was graduation week and they were short staffed. As a result, they were limiting tables, which clearly didn’t go down well with everyone.
Despite this, the staff were cheerful, polite, efficient without making you feel rushed and even took time to double check our pizza order, which could have been misinterpreted.
Having thought we may not receive great service in the circumstances, the opposite was true snd we had a lovely mesl.

Prezzo Hemel Hempstead

I regularly go to Prezzo in Hemel and I am never disappointed. It’s good food, good service and good value. Can’t ask for any more than that.

More fast food than restaurant

Upon arrival we were greeted by a polite young girl who showed us to our table. We were asked immediately if we wanted some drinks. Glass of wine and a pint ordered, thinking we'd share a bottle of wine during the meal. Within a few minutes we felt pressured into giving our food order. A few minutes later our starters arrived. We had to ask for our drinks. The starters were tasty but really small. Without even having a sip of my pint of lager I'd finished my starter. I popped to the loo thinking our mains would be quite a while. Pizza and a pasta dish ordered. On returning from the loo my pepperoni pizza was waiting for me on the table !!. It was probably one of the worst pizza's I'd ever had. My wife's pasta dish was mediocre as well. The waitress asked if all was OK. I told her we felt everything had been rushed, to which she said they serve as fast as they can. I asked if it was classed as a fast food then? It certainly felt that way. We had to finish our 1 and only drink and pay the bill. In all we were in the prezzo for 35 minutes max. £61 for fast food. Not good.

Avoid Enfield Prezzo!

Have always had fantastic service at the Enfield Prezzo with lovely staff and good food. However, the long term staff don’t seem to be there anymore and the service has gone severely downhill. Waited 25 minutes today and still didn’t receive our drink order. There were only about 6 tables in use in this huge restaurant, yet they couldn’t even cope with that! We have so many happy memories of using this restaurant but I just can’t recommend it anymore. Avoid!

PREZZO BOURNMOUTH

Dear Prezzo we attended for dinner on the 20 06 2025 approx 19:30 ish and we were served by a lovely South African Lady and her attention was absolutley fantastic throughout. There were others serving and another lady was staunch and miserable looking and didnt seem to smile she looked liked a manager to be fair.
She got me some water at one point but was miserable and it looked like a hasstle to her .

But the Sout African Lady was 100% on point and i want her to be praised by her area manager and maybe rewarded . She couldnt do enough for us a family of two adults and two children tenage boy of 16 and daughter of 12.
We all felt she was such an asset and she most certainly knew how to deal with people as we watched her with other customers.
We did have her name on the bill but i shredded it :(

She was short Dark haired and white and a massive smile for everyone.
Something if it was the manager the other lady i mentioned needs to learn how to do.

5 star service from our South African Lady.
She deserves some sort of reward as she is an asset to Prezzo Bourmouth

Booked bottomless bunch ..
Service was extremely slow. Not what we expected after going to other restaurants I.e turtle bay etc,
Stayed for 1 drink and left - still got charged £10 per cocktail. Should have been free given the long wait ..

Leatherhead branch.Food was good and staff friendly, had a blue light code for 25% off the total bill for this week. So decided to take six people out. On returning home found they only took 25% off the food only and not the total bill. Feel ripped off.

Honestly it was the poorest service I…

Honestly it was the poorest service I think I have received in a long time. We stood waiting for anyone to notice we were waiting for a seat and then 25 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted a drink. There were only three tables in use and saw at least four staff, none of which had any interest in serving us. In fact we were waiting while tables were cleaned which seemed ludicrous as the place was so empty.
Finally we received our food order which was okay but what a painstaking process.

Shocked and Appalled

Definitely the last straw!

Haven’t been for a while as it’s always poor service, neglectful to be honest. Nobody cares. But things can change right? Wrong!

They sent me a 50% off food voucher, to bring me back! Woohoo. So I thought, yeah why not. I booked a table for 6:30 the following day and I was really looking forward to it.

I went with my partner, as soon as we arrived I had a bad feeling as it was so busy, the waiting area was full and the host/manager shouted at me to keep the door closed, so I did. And then he shouted at me again because I was standing in the way of the staff access, but there was nowhere else to stand because the waiting area was full. So I moved over to the waiting area, squeezed myself in with everyone else, I asked a few of the people waiting if they had booked and they all said no, so I thought right, I will get seated first because I have booked. Sadly not. Three groups were sat before me, all of which did not have a booking. 30 minutes later, I spoke to the manager and explained that I had booked a table and they had seated other groups before me without a booking. He told me without consideration to wait a little bit longer, it was at this point I explained that I had a voucher, because I knew for a fact it was going to get worse. I just wanted to make sure it was going to be accepted before I waited for longer. I was immediately told no, not tonight because man united are on and it is classed as a major event. I explained to them that it was not a local event as it was in Trafford, a good few miles away. But I was told again, no we won’t accept your voucher. So as you can imagine I told them I was leaving. And they just said okay, and let me walk away. Like I said, neglectful.

Honestly that is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. It would take a free 3 course meal or I will never return and I will advise everyone I know to avoid.

Took over 50 min to get food after…

Took over 50 min to get food after multiple attempts asking was just about to leave when food started coming out.
Food was incorrect and not what was ordered side dishes charged at normal rate and not 2 for £8 as menu stated.
When challenged incorrect food was taken away and the same price of chicken was put into a burger bun and sent back When come back chips were cold
Sent back again and although only 3 of us there were already eating was told had to wait another 10 min so I cancelled this
Said Was removed from the bill and a free drink was removed for the problem.
Issue arose again when invoice come out as nothing removed asked to re look at and new bill issued which was also incorrect. Wife and children so embarrassed at this point I just paid and left thought I would email and advise. With the attitude of the staff if head office have the same attitude not expecting any response.
THIS WAS PREZZO CAMBRIDGE

Mixed feelings.

The food was excellent. No complaints. And the staff were very polite. Our grandson was celebrating his birthday and the staff placed a candle in his dessert cake and three of them sang Happy Birthday, which was a nice touch.
My only complaint is how much the cost of going to Prezzo has risen. I couldn’t believe cans of coke at £4.25, large garlic bread at £9.50 just as two examples. Much as we enjoyed our meal the cost of taking a group is prohibitive for us in the future.

Ordered bruschetta for starters we were…

Ordered bruschetta for starters we were given pizza dough with a chopped tomato and a little pesto, did chef think we wouldn’t notice? Unbelievably bland and very disappointing.
Service was so slow we nearly left and went elsewhere. Certainly won’t be visiting Prezzo in the near future

Service is awful

I recently visited your East Grinstead restaurant to celebrate my birthday. While I was very impressed with the quality of the food, I was unfortunately left disappointed and embarrassed by the service we received.

Our waitress, Annie, appeared impatient and abrupt throughout the evening, particularly during the payment process when she initially refused to accept our Blue Light discount voucher.

At the start of our meal, we ordered a bottle of mineral water for the table. However, when it arrived, it was placed alongside a stack of dirty cups that appeared more like ice cream bowls. Not wanting my family to use these, I politely requested more appropriate glassware. While the waitress did bring proper glasses, she placed them on the table in a noticeably aggressive manner, making it clear she was unhappy with the request.

Despite the service, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals—everything was absolutely delicious, and I would like to extend my compliments to the chefs for their excellent work.

Unfortunately, the service continued to feel rushed and dismissive. When our table was cleared, the waitress abruptly asked, "Do you want desserts?" before tossing the menus onto the table. At the end of the meal, when I requested the bill and mentioned my Blue Light voucher, the waitress struggled to process it. After several attempts, she scanned the voucher but failed to apply the discount. When I pointed this out, she insisted it had been applied, and only after some back and forth did she acknowledge the mistake. She then incorrectly claimed the voucher had expired, despite it clearly stating it was valid until February 23rd. Eventually, after consulting a manager, she processed the payment correctly. However, rather than offering an apology or ensuring everything was resolved, she simply mumbled, "That's all fine," and walked away. We did not see her again after that, leaving us feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable as we left the restaurant.

It is disappointing that such a special occasion was overshadowed by the service, especially when the food was so enjoyable. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the overall guest experience, as I believe service should match the high quality of your cuisine.

Overpriced and very poor...it's a shame...

I took my Wife and our two youngsters to Prezzo Bury St Edmunds for dinner last week to make use of the buy 1 main, get 1 free offer. The young lady waiting on the table was very nice, as was the young duty manager. Unfortunately that's as good as it gets. My sons Pizza was £17.50 and the bottom was very soggy. In fact, he said it wasn't as good as a £2.50 frozen pizza from Aldi !! My Calzone was £21.50 with some extra pepperoni and while tasty, was also soggy!! My Wife's pasta was horribly overcooked and I quote "The salmon was mashed up like cat food" and my daughters was no better. To cap it all off, contrary to the photographs on the Prezzo website the 2 pints of Poretti at £7.50 a pint each arrived filled with the top of the froth 2" from the top! No, I'm not exaggerating, so unusually for us, we sent them back. They were returned 1" from the top and we gave up rather than make a fuss. At the end, the duty manager said "I would have gone and poured them myself" - good on him, but not much help to us! So, what on earth has happened - outrageously expensive for pizza and pasta and the quality is only a little better than crap. We used to love Prezzo when the kids were younger but it's unlikely we'll return again. It was really a 1 star but gave 2 just because the staff were friendly and helpful. I honestly wonder how long it'll last.
