I went to the Quest Stuyvesant plaza location.i had a very nice experience with a professional friendly woman who did an excellent job drawing blood.
I was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 2:10pm. I did not get her name. To top it off I got my results so quickly. I will definitely spread the word about Quest. I am an RN and I know good customer service!!! Thank you,very much.

Very easy to schedule an appointment with more then one location close to my house. I was able to walk in the same day and got my results fast. The staff at the clinic was very helpful and friendly.

Check-in was easy wait time was minimal and the staff was very polite. The young lady I worked with was very professional. I have a fear of needles and I never felt a thing she did an amazing job.
