This company and this Asian shop likes to go as the name as Ashley or Abbas, but false names I had a car for myself for myself, Patrick Mullen (07534) 684279 refused to park with £260,000. They are rapist and rubbish of course I will take action and I’m expecting my money within 24 hours do not deal with these people, no I assure you all every pick up from Nissan Toyota Mitsubishi. You need to not them £3000. I could no one call the above number prior to buying from them.

This guys name is not Ashley, he’s Luton boy that’s leaked out, the typical grooming gang types. No respect, no manners, all fake reviews everywhere. Even on here, all of the reviews are from unverified accounts i.e. they’re fake. He takes no responsibility for when things go wrong, doesn’t answer calls, nothing. Do your research before purchasing from here, you will be losing your time, money or both.

My experience with this dealership has been both shocking and frustrating, and I feel others should be warned. They provided misleading and inaccurate information about the car, even when I asked direct questions. I later discovered significant faults in the vehicle, leading to repair costs in the thousands—issues that were entirely avoidable if they had been honest. The vehicle should not have been sold as is .

To make matters worse, the paperwork was not given to me upfront but only provided after they had already taken my money. This paperwork contained undisclosed fine print, which further compounded the issues and left me feeling misled. Additionally, the mileage was recorded incorrectly, raising serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of their processes.

I also stupidly trusted them to deal with the v5 documentation for my exchanged vehicle, and was assured by several members of staff it would be dealt with, only to have DVLA contact me regarding the cancelled tax direct-debit as the transfer had not taken place, this is 7 weeks after the sale.

Their behavior, in my opinion, verges on fraudulent. Since raising these issues, they have become completely unresponsive, leaving me to deal with the financial and emotional fallout on my own. This has been one of the most stressful and costly experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid these people.

Given my experience, I also strongly advise others to carefully scrutinize all feedback about this dealership. While I can't prove it, some reviews online seem inconsistent with the reality I encountered. Over several months I have witnessed numerous negative reviews from people up and down the country, with similar shocking issues appear on both google and auto-trader which subsequently 'mysteriously' dissapear , one could perhaps imply they are being deliberately removed to create a more favourable impression than the reality . This makes me question their authenticity, just look somewhere else , you will regret it if you don't .

Easy to deal with , quick response time. Car as described . Can’t say fairer than that.

I traded my car in for another using this company but NEVER received a logbook so had to do the donkey work myself which included a phone call filling in form, I've never had a issue like this in the past using other sellers so bad marks here for not doing your job properly

Fair play, they pick up when you call, and call back when you ask a question online. Not great comms when arranging, or keeping to meeting times however….
My biggest disappointment is for some highly priced vehicles, in reality none looked like they do on the website.

5 star company! You can buy from them with 100% confidence. Ashley and the team were so professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They even delivered our car the very next day! Such a rarity now to find such excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you Ashley!

Travelled nearly 2 hours to look at a car and was met by Ashley who couldn’t have been a nicer guy and was very pleasant to deal with
He even arranged delivery of the cup the following week for me and I am extremely pleased with his service and also the car so thank you very much Ashley and your delivery driver was a charming chap as well

Ashley the owner ( Real name is Abbas, a Pakistani guy) refused to fix issues occurring within a few days on the car i bought from him, blocked my phone number after I called them several times to discuss the outstanding issues. Very very poor post sales service. All this with violent threats regarding complaints. I expect this gutter level trash customer service from a Bradford backstreet trader, obviously they've moved to Bedford. You've been warned, and don't accept any BS prior to making payment!. I think the autotrader reviews about this guy are probably all fake based on my experience.

Travelled down from Nottingham to view a car and was met by Ashley.
Lovely guy and he's really friendly.
Struck up a deal and part ex'd my car.
Did the paperwork there and then and was driving home in my new car!
Car has been brilliant and I'm really happy with it. I was waiting to see if there were any problems before leaving this review but my new car has been spot-on.
Transaction was smooth and painless!
Swapping cars on the spot threw me off as I'd not even emptied mine or have the chance to clean it etc. It did save me another trip to Bedford though so I was more than happy!
I'd happily travel down again if / when I need a replacement in the future!
