Resposta da Priory Direct
We’re sorry to hear that the bubble wrap did not meet expectations and that your order arrived in poor condition. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that must be.
Thank you for your 2* Product Review and feedback, we will be reviewing both the product quality and our packaging process with the team to prevent any future issues, Priory Direct Customer Service Team
