Bought a stainless steel baking tray…
Bought a stainless steel baking tray from them online.
After first use it warped like crazy even after preheating gradually at a lower temp. Has done it every single time since. Thing is useless. £30 paperweight.
Contacted them about it and have yet to get a response. Turnaround time on a response is 14 working days? That's far far too long. First noticed and reached out to them 3-Oct. 19-Oct today. Still waiting... Ridiculous
