I asked, you supplied from store stock and then I bought and left very happy

They were helpful & informative without being intrusive. Big thank you to the staff of your Basingstoke shop that day!

Had in stock what I required

Great help from staff, we came away with a product that will be in every use.

I would like to thank the person who assisted me in my purchase. She was very knowledgeable, informative & professional with a very friendly manner.
I have used my new purchase once, with a great result. And look forward to using it in the future.

Amazing pans, heat retention is second to none and gives the perfect sear to any meat. Ensure you do your research on how to use stainless steel cookware as cleaning can sometimes be an issue but, if you use them properly and look after them they will last you a lifetime. Would highly recommend. I visited the Basingstoke branch and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Great service, I WILL BE BACK.

Very helpful lady in shop. Haven’t yet used items to be able to comment.
Will certainly go back. Good customer service
