Cheerful and friendly service and having the equipment I wished to purchase.

The store staff were friendly, helpful but not over bearing. Allowed me to browse but were readily available when needed to gave me advice on products when I asked. They helped me choose with the information they gave me and I am happy with my purchase. The store had a vast choice of items at the same price as on line. I prefer to shop and see my products, rather than on line. I just wish there was a store nearer to me as Braintree isn't that close but is my nearest store

The staff were very helpful as not all I wanted was on display. They even sought a replacement plate for me when I returned one.

Pro Cooks guarantees are genuine and they allow staff flexibility on replacing items. Our pan lids had become cloudy after many years use, but within the guarantee. Jennifer was brilliant in resolving our issue with a return and provide great advice on a number of new purchase's.

I asked the assistant where a product was and was told you didn’t sell it, when I said I had been told you did she asked another assistant who went straight to it.
It felt like it was easier to say no than check.

Staff very helpful and excellent product range

We went to Procook Braintree on Sunday 23/08/2026. A lovely lady helped us order items. As they were not in stock at Braintree. They actually arrived today Monday 24/08/2026. What really good service. So thank you very much.

Couldn't find the item that my son sent me showed the lady that works there and took me to the item I was looking for

My purchase was only a pair of tongs, so they are what they are, but a pleasant shop to walk into, and staff were polite and offered assistance (Braintree, Freeport)
