I visited ProCook in Bromley to look at non toxic stainless steel saucepans/frying pans as I want to replace all my pans with non stick coating.
There was a good selection at a range of prices and the lady serving me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
I decided on buying 1 pan to try, with a view to buying more if it was suitable. Your staff member continued to offer great advice and guidance even for 1 pan. I was impressed that there was an awareness of what I was looking for too.
Great shop. Will definitely return.

Visited the Bromley store. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the items that I needed. She knew the technical aspects for the knives that I was interested in which helped make a good decision. Having a knowledgeable person who is willing to help is not easy to find these days.
