Nice store , fresh, clean and tidy with plenty of stock and clear pricing.
I chose a traditional lidded roaster it was cheerfully wrapped and packaged for me, has a guarantee and I am very happy with the store experience and very professional and friendly staff and service they provided.

We bought on Saturday 28/03/26 from the precook shop at Tewkesbury outlet centre the Elite 6 piece set, along with new salt and pepper mills and a milf frother the products are very well made from good quality materials this is our second pan set from precook the previous one we had 6 years this has been passed on to family the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful nothing to much trouble very well packaged thankyou so much we will be buying more pieces to extend the set.

Found the most amazing chopping boards at a good price. Great shop - will definitely go back again!

Ooh - the excitement I feel when I go into Pro Cook!! I I only went in for a glass bowl and came out with lots more goodies (and some were in the sale too!). The products are always good quality, and the wok and cutlery we bought recently are beautiful, almost works of art! Even my husband came in with me, and he normally hovers outside a shop!! The cashier was very happy and chatty (which is quite rare nowadays), so that was nice! I know there are only so many things you can buy for your kitchen but I'm sure I'll be back soon. Thank you so much.
