Was given the wrong cooking pan by assistant who didnt know the sizes.
I had to return and exchange it. Two car trips.

The location is easy reachable and the staff are welcoming and supportive to the customers.

very happy with help support and advice given .
LH was very helpful

Got exactly what I wanted and more. Pizza cutter and board was a gift for my grandson. I also found a mini food processor and chopper. £49 great value. It’s perfect size for me. I don’t need a full size food processor. It works really well.
The young assistant was so helpful and pleasant.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great quality and price.

Good store - convenient location with a good range of goods at reasonable prices and more importantly good quality.

Have nothing to say

Great experience in store at Procook in Edinburgh. I was looking for sheathed cooking knives for a camping kitchen kit I was putting together. Safety rummaging in a box was top priority. I found exactly what I wanted and with a current offer of 3 for £10 on a number of items I managed to add additional items and complete the kit for a very reasonable price.

The staff in store were very helpful. It was a very positive first experience of shopping with Procook.

Excellent service in store at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. Helpful and friendly staff. Great deal on dinner set.

For a Saturday afternoon I was surprised the shop was so quiet and I had three lovely, enthusiastic members of staff to help me choose what I wanted and advise me on various other pieces of equipment i might want to buy in the future.
Since I love cooking,it's the kind of shop I could spend hours in.
I will definitely be back when I have to replace more items of a culinary nature.

Great advice given and pleasant assistant.

The store at Fort kinnatd is very well stocked but not cluttered, easy to find what you are looking for.. The staff member was very friendly and professional.

I love this shop it has such a great selection at all price ranges and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Good product reasonable price
Service and staff excellent

There was two sales people at the desk that were more interested in discussing holidays than helping me. I was totally ignored. Had they approached me and asked if they could help additional sales would have been possible.
