We had two complete sets of crockery…
We had two complete sets of crockery which are great but one of the plates has a very small chip. We emailed a photo of the plate and without any issues had a new replacement sent. Thank you

I was interested in buying a frying pan…
I was interested in buying a frying pan just for the use of cooking eggs, I had no idea of the variety pans available for different heat sauces and temperatures. The ladies advise was brilliant. That's why I always buy kitchen equipment from ProCook

Excellent service
My much loved milk frother developed a wonky handle after 18 months daily use and it was changed for a new one without any problems. I had forgotten about the 2 years guarantee and was only expecting a replacement jug. Most impressed!

The staff
The staff. They are amazing. Polite and helpful, The only shop I have been to where they go to the door and hold it open for customers in wheelchairs without being asked.
