Love my new toaster and kettle great looking and they work. Very impressed with the quality , Pro-Cook will be my place to go for kitchen ware from now on. Fed up with the brands that don’t deliver paying just for the name.

Uncertain as to which of the wide selection of knives we wanted, the assistant patiently and courteously allowed us to check out the different ranges. Adhering closely to the security requirements of selling dangerous goods, her calm demeanor and sense of humour made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent service after my parcel was delivered damaged and missing items. Although bought online it was easy to make a return at a local branch. I was very pleased with my purchases.

The store is neat and all employees were very professional. (My kitchen tools are all from this store so I met most off the staff🥰)Kitchen ware seems intimidating due to its low price but actually excellent products!. So far all the stuff I bought were great. There's few item I needed to return, but there return policy is smooth I just needed to show the receipt and they exchanged it.

Visited the Galleria in Hatfield last week to renew some procook knives and pans - This happends rarely as their products are so good. The young lady who served me was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the ProCook products it was a pleasure doing business with her. So after a coffee I returned to the shop and bought another product . As usual all my purchases that day are working beautifully and I am more than happy to endorse ProCook Products and their staff.

This company have a good selection of quality products. Their staff are exceptionally helpful and are knowledgable about the products they sell. I wish as a pensioner that I could afford more of their wonderful products.
