Very helpful staff

Excellent service and a good range of products

We here served by a young lady, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have not used the pan yet but we think we are going to like it.

We bought our plates, bows and cutlery from pro cook around a year ago and are very impressed and surprised by the quality of the products. So when we needed a new set of pans, we had no second thought but to head to pro cook again.

Great range of products. Helpful and friendly staff. Seem to be eco-friendly (reduced plastic use). They had exactly what I was looking for.

The only thing I didn't like was that I was told to enter my email address onto their system 'to get my receipt', but then I was given a paper receipt afterwards anyway. I could be wrong, but I felt like that was a sneaky way to get my data on their system for marketing purposes.
