I found the staff to be very helpful and informative when I was purchasing some saucepans they could not have been more helpful and very polite. I would recommend this store.

The staff were very helpful, offering advice and allowing us to try some of the products before we made up our minds. The store is quite small compared to other Pro Cook stores I've visited, but they cram in a lot of stock!

The staff in ProCook were exceptionally helpful and friendly making this a good shopping experience.

Service was good, but the pricing on the shelves was confusing. I bought a kettle and toaster combo and the shelve pricing proved different to the till price. No clear and obvious way to understand what I was expected to pay

The ladies in the store were lovely, very communicative, and very knowledgeable about all the products, the usage and the suitability. The store is very neat and tidy and very well laid out. Everything easy to find and well displayed for you to take a proper look and feel for the products

Renata at East Midlands ProCook was excellent. She listened attentively to my questions and answered in detail. She was able to demonstrate the differences between various knives and helped me choose the most appropriate utensils. Simply excellent service

Employee serving didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and wasn’t listening to the questions I was asking them . The product also cost me more than advertised, it was only by 50p, so I didn’t bother enquiring why . Normally I have good experiences here, so wasn’t sure if they were new there.

Tha Assistants are very knowledgeable about the products that are sold in the shop. You can browse in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The products are high quality and a cooks dream.

Lovely lady helped me when I went in to purchase a knife . The store was clean and pleasant and the prices were good . After much searching through the locked drawer (knives are locked away for security) I finally made my purchase with an added 20% off . Very happy.
