Great customer service. Even had a cuppa tea and a slice of cake while I made a decision on which knife set to buy for a new kitchen!!!

Great shop with lots of great kitchen equipment. I am very pleased with my ice cube tray. I would recommend this shop.

I love to do shopping, because I like it

I purchased a cutlery set and when I got it home, the spoons were missing. I don’t live near the shop so I’ve tried to make contact with head office and the store and no one will call me back. It’s very frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service provided was at the top level. Will surely go back there in a future.

We had an excellent experience at pr cook. As always ! We headed to pro cook to replace a dinner set we had bought some years before. We found one we liked and due to disability couldn’t lift it so needed a lighter set. The staff helped us find one and couldn’t have been more accommodating. As a result they helped us solve all our kitchen needs and went above and beyond in assisting us to make sure everything was accessible for us. We always return to pro cook for excellent customer services and products they never fail to disappoint.

The Milton Keynes store is inviting with an expansive range of products. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The products are top quality and excellent value.

Always great service and superb quality goods. I had a problem with one of my knives I bought and they changed it no fuss, no problem and no hassle. Love shopping here.

The staff were helpful, friendly and knew about the products. The products are really good and have added extras i bought a milk saucepan that has a lid with 2 different sized pouring holes and a spout on each side, excellent for a few veg.

Served promptly and politely. The item we wanted was in stock and its condition checked at the till.
We have used ProCook previously and will definite use them again.
The man who served use provided usage advice also.
