Excellent service, and insightful knowledge about all products from your Pro Cook team in the Plymouth branch.

Customer service is lovely was very knowledgeable about the knives I bought happy with the knives themselves they are fantastic i wish I could buy everything in the shop

I needed to replace a work top protector & was particularly impressed with the price & quality of my 'granite' pattern replacement.
I also bought orange & lemon juicers for my daughter & she was very pleased with them. The Procook assistant was very helpful too.

An excellent customer experience, a brand the obviously understands that giving personable and down to earth service will lead to more long term custom instead of just pushing the most expensive possible sale on the day.

Great customer service dealing with a defect on a fry pan

Very friendly staff and helpful. A nice warm welcome when arrived. Sorted my problem without any questions. The knives are top quality. Thank you. Will definitely shop at Pro Cook in the future.
