Love the products, love the shop, love the staff
I already loved the products that ProCook produce. Was a great surprise to see a shop open up in The Oracle, Reading just over a year ago. The shop offers a fantastic rangfe of cookware, almost all of which I want to buy. i was served twice over the last two weeks buy a lovey, knowledgeable gentleman who was really helpful. He explained the full range of pan sets available allowinf me to make my choice. Gone for the most expensive but i'm happy!!

My experience has always been very pleasant. I've been so by the same guy got a few times now. He's very professional and as I'm not a chef but I do like good equipment for cooking he always gives me tips and tricks with all my newly purchased items. Quick and fair replacement from ProCook
Really positive experience with ProCook. I had a frying pan that started showing marks on the cooking surface after only a few months. I took it back to the store and Shane was extremely helpful. He took a look at the pan, explained what might have caused it, and replaced it without making the process awkward or difficult at all.
What I appreciated most was that he also took a bit of time to give me some advice on how to look after the ceramic coating properly so it lasts longer. It felt like genuine customer service rather than just processing a return.
Very easy, very fair, and handled professionally. Thanks again to Shane for sorting it so quickly.
