Exactly what I needed and great service
I've been looking for ages for a lid to fit various size frying pans. Remi the assistant at the Harlequin store in Watford was so helpful and friendly, she knew exactly what I needed and located the item for me quickly. The item itself was reasonably priced (£12) and I was reassured I could bring it back within 30 days for a refund if the size was incorrect. All round a very positive experience.

Fantastic Service at the Watford Store
What wonderful service I received at ProCook Watford on Wednesday 10th July. The store looked amazing with a great assortment of products. Kudos to Harry, as his expertise and polite articulation helped me to choose two roasting tins and some cooking accessories. This is what great customer service should be like. You have a customer for life now.

A treasure box
Welcomed nice and polite way and asked if I need any help. When I said I was just browsing, she just let me alone and that was most appreciated. I bought a few small things, which I was not going to but there was a good selection I liked and I enjoyed my time in the shop.
