Lifetime guarantee is so user-friendly!
We had problem in re-fixing the press button for our salt grinder which was purchased more than a year ago. We took it to the shop and the staff quickly sorted out the solution and showed us how to re-fix it rightaway. Super friendly and efficient!

We knew what we wanted to buy so our trip was successful. As the colour of the product was not on floor tge assistant went to get one from stock held. It is rare to see now a days an assistant going to look for what customers want. I feel you akways get the reply of " what we gave is on the shopfloor".

Looks like a place where with great quality products. The sales assistance in the Shepherd's Bush Westfield branch was extremely helpful with understanding my needs and recommended the perfect product I was looking for.
