The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Great Service, Great Product
Bought a Parmesan cylindrical grater. Shop assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The 12 month email warranty was also useful.

Myself and husband walk in and was greaded warmly ,looked around and then ask could we look at some knifes , my husband tried them asking for different ones and was helped by a nice lady who recommended to look at them all , in the end we bought a full set costing a good amount, she then asked did we have a bluelightcard and yes I did with small discount taken off , would return there a again nowt is to much trouble for the staff all friendly and helpful.
