The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Purchase in pro cook.
Visited the store,only 1 person on the till had to wait some time to get served as the assistant was busy with another customer, nearly walked out.Eventually someone else came to serve us. The product was fist class and happy to purchase.

Excellent service
Shaun was informative and helpful. He knew his products. A day later I found chips on the non stick range and went back. The you girl initially appeared quite serious but she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping at Pro Cook as long as the staff remain as they have helpful, knowledgeable. The women do appear more serious than the men but they are helpful

Staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products being sold.
The shop didn’t have an item I was looking for but explained other outlets that may stock it.

Nice polite staff
Nice polite, helpful staff. Had everything I needed. I've not used the pan or can opener yet but the garlic press is good. Sturdy and does the job. Reasonable prices. Nice bright, tidy, well organised store. Would recommend.
