Profit Forex Signals 

I tested the "VPS" (where they place orders for you) for 3 months.
Account started at $300 and ended at $300.
If you count that I paid 3x$99 for the service I lost money.

What I liked:
A) Rather prompt customer service
B) The VPS service is very convenient ( I don't have time to watch signals)

What I disliked:

1) The orders have no stop losses (even though I contacted them several times to warn that without stop loss the account was being dangerously overdrawn). At some point the account was down to $150
Note: email notifications DO have stop losses so I was very confused as why the "VPS" service did not.

2) Customer service (although rather quick) answers can be very limited and sometimes no real explanations or maybe it is a language barrier issue.

3) After 2 months, I asked to cancel. As 3rd month had just started, I asked to get refund because I had just missed the renewal. I was told I would, but never got the refund.

I had subscription with this company, i had some problems. However it is impossible to reach them out. They do not respond to my e-mails even after 3 weeks. I dont have money or the service, better use money somehwere else.

This company is a scam. They are not going to give you a funded account. They refund your money if you pass to look like a legit business. They make their money on the people who don’t pass. I filed a scam report the more the better.

Almost a month ago I hired their services with a trial period of 7 days and on the 5th day I canceled the services because it was not what I expected, their service is very bad, they immediately canceled me but they no longer want to reimburse me for my 250 dollars. I paid and they no longer answered the emails, I sent a photo of more than 20 days ago where they cancel me but they do not return my money and this is a real review they are going to say that it is not a real review I have proof

I have an experience of profit forex signals funded trader program.
Profit forex signals customer service very awful, even when I finished Phase 1, I had to ask myself when you gonna check my account and give me Phase 2. I got phase 2. At the start I did some mistake ( I think thats more like technical issue), as their platform was glitching (very often) I wanted to make order of 10 lots, but as I press button once, nothing happened, then press second time, same, did once more and then platform goes normal and I see three orders, two I closed straightaway. No one stop my trading (as other companies do for violating rules straightaway), trading as usual, got to 15000 in profit. At the end of my phase two, I had to ask twice them to check my account and it took two weeks to check that. I got first email "the account should be paid", then second email came about violating rules "Due to violating rules, investor team only can issue refund or you can try again. your account violate rules of lot size".
I asked if I can try again from Phase 2 if possible, if not I just want to refund, they say will check and give me an update as soon as possible. It was in January 2021, now its April 2021, from time to time I am sending emails asking any updates, same answer no updates yet. Last two emails this month no answer at all. I understand the rules, if they violated and you cannot do anything, you say sorry we can't help you and thats ok with me. But you offering refund or retry and then hide in the bushes?? Really??

Dont waste your time with Profit Forex signal!!!

Update: They where very quick to answer bad review, what about last emails I send to them!!! I did say about other company at first, but updated only this company experience.

Update: I can't understand what they mean " we have revoke your account", I am waiting for updates from 11.01.2021. Same answer no updates yet. I am serious trader working with Forex for over 10 years. I think they not respecting me as client. 11.01.2021 they sent me an email " due to violating rules, investor team only can issue refund or you can try again", thats what it says. And from this date I'm waiting for their update?? Well I passed phase one (about a week ago) of the Funding Program and was promised Funding today (04.01) NO RESPONSE TODAY FROM EMAIL OR CHAT.

Beware of this company and their Funded Program.
Honestly they never give you a real account and never refund the money. Same happens to me. This is my Account Number: 4116110
Initially they said they initiated with the refund process but after so many days when I didn't receive my money I ask them to share the transaction details they kept me awaited for so many weeks and later stop replying to my emails and when I try to communicate with them via their live chat support, they ban me from there as well. I had earned 20k+ profit (more than the required target) for them without any violation. Still they didn't refund my fees.

Do not start the funding program with them because they are fake you will end up losing your money and wasting your time i passed the funding program two times one month ago And 3 weeks ago but they did not funded it. WARNING - STAY AWAY- This is a very very professional and organized Scamming company.

I started my funding Challenge back in february and passed the challenge in 3 weeks without 1 single mistake. I have screenshots for proof. The company tell you in the first phase that you will be contacted by a verifification team, but there are actually no verification team at all. They will keep you in the darkness and just promise you to give you a contract and a funded account but this will actually never happen.

The clues we found about this company that tells you easy that this is an organized company to scam people for their money.

1. This comany lives off people that actually fail the challenge.
We (the traders) know that 90% of people who pays for challenges fail and there are numerous thousans that tries every day and 90% of them fail. This company lives off them.
The ones that actually passes the test, they will end up like me. They will never get an account and they will get a refund to show they are legit and thats it...You never get any funded account.

2. This company also mentions that they have a hedging method where you go and loose money on a broker called DOITFX and win the money on IC markets. They say that this will make you loose money on DOITFX and they get paid from that broker if anyone looses there...That part is true. You go and you actually win money on IC markets and loose on DOITFX but you only use small amount to see if the company is legit...They will pay you if its a small amount...thats just for you to get greedy and go loose big amounts on DOITFX and they will get paid the big sums. but you will never get paid at all. its professionally scamming organized.

3. They have a page where they show some photoshopped checks where they actually pay out their funded traders, But as it is...all of it is photoshopped.
Also take a look at their English...You will see easy its Eastern European English and there are no office in New York or England. Just call the number on their website please.

4. Take a look on Trustpilot.. The reviews are all paid. the only legit reviews are the ones with 1 star. dont believe me? just type in the company name + the word scam on google. The first that comes up is this:

5. on their youtube channel you will see reviews that are only 20 seconds long. Normal funding companies have interviews that are 30 min long at least and have many of them. This company paid some guys to make short videos just to show you that they have some.

6. look at their *Live tradinng* videos...the company gives it self out to be working with millions still they trade with micro lots and are most of the time in minus on those videos. Only professional traders can see this.

7. Try to call their phone numbers...None of them work. its just fake numbers and there are no company in New York or England under that name. This company is based in east Europe and ran by a guy and his wife/assistant named Anna.

8. The forex signals are all fake. When you buy a package you are actually paying those scammers to go have luxury vacations and drive luxury cars.
A pro trader knows very well that without a risk management strategy there are no signals in the world that will make you successfull.

All in all i paid 200$ for the funding channel...They give you a demo account to pass the challenge, but if you pass, you may get your 200$ back but thats it!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND IF YOU ARE A REAL TRADER PLEASE GIVE THEM THE RATING THEY DESERVE.

I have also done the 15k challenge, already 10 days past and no news.
They don't give any feedback like the 5ers and FTMO. they don't care. You have to ask for feedback. I have asked them how was my progress, they said great but they haven't verified it yet!
I had bought also signals some times ago, They offer refund if you cancle in one week. I have canceled it next day, it's almost 6 months ago and they didn't gave my money back!

They say maybe they have forgotten, but when you get 20 mails from someone and you don't take any action, that's not forgetting, that's not being honest!
I'm really sorry i trusted them!

BTW the platform they provide is very bad, can't even make a permanent layout change. when you change the time frame, you lose all the settings you have applied?

It’s easy money, people pay 200 euro to work for them and earn 15000 or more in one month and they don’t share anything with the person! They are always the winners!

my old review ive posted i was warning others not to use this website after reading latest reviews others have been refunded, i still did not get my refund these crooks are partners with paypal.

I rolled into the Profit Forex Signals Funding Program for many times and at every time they apply the rules to their advantages.
In two times, I passed the 1st step without any problem and I made profit at the 2nd step. According to the rule, the payout is at the end of every month at the 5th date. In both times I made profit, but between the 1st and the 5th which are considered for the following month, I started the month with losses. So at the 5th of the month, they refused to pay me out my proportion of profit because they said I made losses or I exceeded the drawdown which they happened between the 1st and the 5th of the new month. It's not only that, they closed my account without refunding my 200 EUROS (when you pass the 1st step)! When I asked to talk to a manager/supervisor, they transferred my request but I never got a response from a manager!
In the third time at the 1st step of the program, they have a rule of 15% of drawdown or $15000. I made $15000 as a profit and my balance was $115400. Then I had open positions that made a drawdown of $15000. So my net drawdown is Zero and the 15% drawdown was not reached at all. But they closed my account again for not respecting the rule of drawdown.
Finally, there is no way to complain or to get feedbacks or discuss with anyone. There is lack of communication. You have to contact them every time: when you pass the 1st step and got the profit of $15000 to request to pass to the 2nd step; Remind them at the 5th to send you your payout...
Hence my poor and bad rating.

To reply to the company response:
Who should be honest? I never violated lot size rule and even never opened a 10 lots position!!! Never got any refund, even if I've the right to because I passed the 1st step and it said "One time refundable payment. Payment for application will be refund to you". One of two options: you're lying or you're mistaken with another person. Let me say the latter until further proof.

This review is not targeting the company, but all others who might be interested to do business with you to make them aware of what they should expect and don't loose their money.
If you're serious show me any proof that you refunded me!

To be very genuine with you all(TrustPilot Readers & Team Profit Forex Signal)...
I had opened 11 lots instead of 0.11 as in their platform you cant type 0.11lot due to bugs in their trading platform (XOne trader) as it was expected that after selecting the lot size I had typed 0.11 but it took 11 lots... this happens 3 times back to back as it was not expected.....of their maximum limit of 10 lots per trade on 14th December and after that, I had approached their Team instantly via chat & email both, Anna(Thank you Anna) had shown the right wisdom and said for such a small thing we don't disqualify, asked me to write an email immediately, ...then I wrote an email to them, I got approval that I can continue trading nothing had happened ( I can share the snapshot of email & chat transcript here but Trustpilot won't allow, otherwise I would have). Then I had continued trading for Challenge and completed it with 15K profit on December end 2020 & then I got funding for 200K account on 1st Jan which I had traded without a single mistake or any violation and earned a profit of 27K & when I had approached to them for 400K account they had disabled my account and said you had broken the rule by using 11 lots for which they only had grant the permission.
After almost 90+ emails thru and fro and 1 month of email communication, they had not even bothered to pay me my share even after knowing all the facts, a very sad and devastating experience for me & then no one there to stand for the truth, you became so helpless.
They end up saying days after days and week after week that we didn't hear from investors yet.
My Overall experience shows:
#1: Profit Forex Signal needs improvement in timely team coordination among themself and with investors too. You have to wait endlessly for any possible query as no one cares much there like many other traders here have to wait unexpectedly so long.
#2: They are greedy as in my case they had not shared the profit & saying you had violated the rules for which they only had given me the approval to continue. It was unbelievable.
Never accepted the fact that they only had approved still endlessly kept me hanging...finally I was not having any option but to raise a dispute in PayPal and then I got the refund of fees.
Genuinely, very disappointing experience.

I would like to give an alert to all readers, be careful when it comes to profit forex signal, you have to wait for endless hours, days, weeks & month for the conclusive response as they kept on saying we still didn't get any reply from Investors... no one gives you any assurance that when your case will be concluded as they wait for your patience to break by kept you waiting for long(weeks and month) and you anyways then fear for your own fees as they really don't care for your time & profit share at all. That's how they consider forfeited by simply saying sorry for your months of efforts & earned money.

& finally, to Profit Forex Signal Team :
Dear Team members, whatever had happened to me, knowing all facts, that you guys had given me approval in the challenge, granted 200K account after earning 15K and when I had earned a profit of 27K USD without a single mistake/violation in profit share account of 200K, You kicked me, don't you think you would have shared the profit with me?.. Do you really find your act justified?

I was told i will get my withdrawl on the 5th january. Its now 5th the communication us dead. Don't know whats happening. I have made total profits of $139796.92. Just waiting for them ti send my my profit share. When i signed up the communication was great but ever since then its slowed down. Please help i need my profit share ASAP

I joined PFXS Funded Account in August 2020, and passed the challenge within 1 month after that they moved me to funded account first month I booked $9,000 Profit but they didn't process the withdrawal and said investor forget to withdraw funds from your account.
In November I achieved the growth profit target 2 times and they added more funds to my trading account and continue my trading to a $1 Million funded account at this moment my Account Balance is $1,959,153 but I didn't get any withdraw and they are not replying to my emails. So, they are just a scammer and charging a fee to scam traders. If someone or company claims that my review is wrong I can provide all emails and Facebook chat proofs that I have done so far with the PFXS team. They are scammer just playing with traders.
I am sure they will try to remove my review from Trustpilot however, it's my request to Trustpilot don't remove the review and if you need proof to verify my claim I can provide proof.

After using for 2 months, my account balance is now less than when I started, so they are losing money. They still have 1 month to turn it around but I'm not hopeful.

Most reviews on here seem to be false (purchased).

The stats that they report are far from reality.

Any negative comments on their Facebook posts get deleted.

Currently using the Standard plan to trial the service for 3 months. I was attracted by the promises made on the website and the trade copier. I am now 1 month in and can only offer 2 stars at the moment, however I will revise this during the next 2 months if required. There is a big difference between the stats on the website, and reality. Website shows up to 50% return. After 1 month I am 5% up but with some trades still open that are running at a big loss and would easily wipe out that profit (and more) if I was to close them today. Website states 14 months without a losing day but there have been a few losing days just this month so I'm not sure how that can be true. Also, there are many trades being placed by trade copier that quite simply do not have any stop loss (hence why I now have open trades with heavy losses, waiting for the market to change I assume) but this seems a very risky strategy when a simple stop loss would have closed the trade long ago at minimal loss. Anyway, I remain hopeful but only time will tell. For now, take the stats, etc shown on the website with a pinch of salt and they are very different to the reality that I am experiencing.
