Appointment was easy to make with a choice of dates given. Engineers arrived within agreed timeframe and carried out the boiler service and signed off on what checks were carried out.

Provided a good and efficient service. Heating engineer was helpful and knew what they were doing. Only criticism is that I didn't receive confirmation of appointment booking.

I changed my cooker from.oil to lpg....found a empty 47kg bottle...ordered online and within an hour they were here!!! Fast service or what! Friendly too and cheaper than calor or flogas. My new goto lpg supply.

Progas is the best heating service there is! Very friendly, polite and don’t try and sell you a new boiler when it isn’t needed. Fantastic company. We will only use them.

I have been using ProGas for years because it employs people who know what they are doing, are thorough, careful, tidy, do not rush, are able to explain technical matters simply, and on this occasion, helped me move a heavy piece of furniture for access to one radiator.

The engineer did a great where other engineers have failed in the past. I was concerned that the Magnaclean hadn’t been serviced for 3 years but this engineer managed to do it! A thorough job- thank you
