I've been coming to Protyre Abingdon for the past 13 years and I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. Jason and the team are absolutely outstanding - consistently friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating whenever we've brought our cars in. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel confident about the work being done.
What really speaks volumes is that even after moving over an hour away, I still make the trip back whenever any of my cars need attention. That level of trust is hard to find. Reliable, honest and genuinely customer focussed - Protyre Abingdon sets the standard for excellent service.

Once again, Protyre did a first-class job of Service and MoT, followed by a detailed explanation of everything they did. Perfect - and at a very reasonable cost.

Very good service quick and efficient
The only down side is the parking. When you arrive. Told to park next door drove round could only see parking for other businesses some even have sign saying private. Good job there was two of us so I could get out while partner drove round the car park of the other businesses . Until a space at garage became available

I bought the tires online and fitted them in this store. Excellent customer service from the gentleman in reception , sorry didn’t get his name but it wasn’t just me , the customer service offered to the other customers while I was waiting in the reception ( and enjoying the free coffee :) ) was exceptional. Also I purchased x2 new budget tires but very good quality

Just visited ProTyre Abingdon for a full set of tyres. Great service, shop looked clean, and Jason was a delight.

Helpful, friendly staff

I have been using this garage for over 10 years and had always had a positive experience. This time I explained the problem with my car losing power and almost cutting out. After diagnostic test was told all problems pointed to battery. This was replaced bill paid! After leaving garage same problem was still there making the car dangerous to drive. Lost confidence in garage so car was taken to Audi. This has resulted in shelling out for another diagnostic test which has picked up the actual problem and car is now being fixed!

I am still waiting for a response to this situation after being reasured that ,it would be looked into and I would be contacted!

Brilliant service

We regularly asked MOT at Protyre Abingdon. Great service, great support all the time. I have nothing to add.

Even though the branch was not yet open for the day the friendly staff were more than happy to assist me with an emergency tyre replacement, following a stressful incident with a pothole. Less than two hours later, the car was ready to go.

My car's MOT and service was completed quickly and efficiently.
The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. I have always found service at Protyre excellent.

The office was clean and tidy.
The staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions.
Free tea and coffee was a real bonus.
