On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who ensured that they had my correct contact details. I was aware what the cost of the parts and labour would be in advance.

I was kept up to date on the progress of the work and the fact what I had brought the car in for was actually another fault.

This was part of a warranty claim by another company so I was told they would keep the replaced part for me.

I have used Protyre before and always had very good service, this visit was no different.

Quick diagnosis of the issues and completed work. However, I think vehicle owners would like images of the fault found to better understand more about the issues in layman's terms.

I have found my experience using Protyre excellent. I found the service I received is personable, friendly and professional. I use them for my Service and MOT. If something needs doing I'm called before they proceed for confirmation to go ahead. I have found Ben very knowledgeable and is happy to explain things. Great man. I would recommend Protyre for all the car needs knowing your getting a good job done by all.

Do not use this garage!! Absolute awful service and the service manager Ben clearly doesn't know how to run a centre. Turned away for being 10 minutes late due to traffic..

Brilliant service.

Protyre replaced my tyre for me & balanced my wheels after pothole damage. I had to wait for nearly an hour, but aparently they had several members of staff off.

I have come here many times and they have never disappointed me on their professionalism in their jobs and attitude towards customers was always welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this team of staff to help you get your wheels sorted!
