It was easy to book an appointment and my tyre was repaired not replaced which was a lot cheaper. The only slight downside was the time it took to refund the tyre replacement cost. Otherwise a brilliant service. The staff were friendly and helpful.

On the two times that I visited the reception the staff were efficient and polite. It made things quicker booking an appointment rather than turning up on spec to find the place very busy.
