Easy to choose tyres and book online. However, I chose the wrong tyre centre of the two in the town so turned up at the wrong place. Fortunately had enough time to cross town to the correct centre. You might make the distinction clearer on the website.
When there the team were helpful and the process very quick. Well done everybody.

Tyres I pre-selected, prepaid on line were not suitable - website recommendation incorrect. Offered appropriate cheaper alternative by fitters plus tracking - could have tried to upsell more expensive choice, appreciated the respect to customer shown.

National booking system needs work I was able to book a 8.30 am appointment on a bank holiday when they don't open until 9

Great customer experience on a Saturday morning despite not being booked in. We suffered a puncture in a low profile tyre, we originally went to to tyre fitter on coity road who recommended Protyre. The guys were really pleasant and helpful, they identified another tyre with under the limit tread and fitted two new tyres. Thankfully, tyres in stock. We will definitely use again.
