Ran to time, good service, comfortable waiting area. High cost but this is a general issue

Always use Protyre(Celtic Tyres) for the excellent service and prices. This time only four stars as it seemed to take a lot longer for three tyres. 2 hours. Abandoned the wheel alignment for another day as my time ran out.

First class service, yet again.

The biggest let down was the customer service received from the elderly man behind the desk. I arrived and said ‘hi my car is booked in for its MOT at 3:15, sorry I’m a bit early’ (it was 3 o’clock) and he just looked at me and said ‘Fiesta’. When I replied ‘yes my car is a Fiesta’, he just said ‘keys’ and held out his hand. I found this extremely rude.

I was told my car would be about 45 minutes to an hour, it took an hour and a half, which is fine but no one acknowledged or communicated with me about the time delay.

When my car was ready the same man addressed me by shouting ‘Fiesta’ from behind the desk. It had failed (which wasn’t a surprise) but instead of going through it he asked me about booking it in.

It’s safe to say I will fix the faults and get it MOT’d elsewhere.

I ordered on-line & had a few challenges but Protyre sorted & resolved them quickly for me, very helpful & very courteous. Will continue to use them.
