I would give 5 stars, but I didn't receive the phone call, as promised, when the car was ready, and had to call in to find out. My auto hold function on the automatic electronic handbrake had been disabled, causing me confusion, as I had never used the button that controlled this feature, believing it operated only the engine cut-out when stopped and waiting.

Great service. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Fit me in the same day I called. Affordable prices. I'll definitely come back. My only, minor complaint was that there was a lengthy delay. I was advised it would take 30 minutes but the job took nearly three hours because of a backlog.

Received great service having my wife’s car a/c re-gassed. Would’ve been 5 but I was told they didn’t recover any gas which could mean the system leaks. Filled and tested and didn’t show any. But my wife is now worried about how long her car will be cold in the current heat period.

Needed an air con re-gas and this was easy to book online. Pricing was clear and very reasonable. The service was good and didn’t take long. Highly recommended.

My 2nd visit with my Range Rover. I can't fault the Buxton branch.last time was for the aircon regass . Only took them 30mins now it's ice cold + a free car check on tyres and brakes
