Best tyre place in Cambridge
Have been using these guys for many years for all my cars. Recently made a mistake of going to a car dealer - they made a total mess of my tyre repair so I’ve come back to ProTyre to get it done properly. These guys are brilliant! I highly recommend them!

Easy to use online booking and buying tyres. Fantastic deals. At the garage, really friendly staff, quick efficient service. Waiting area was clean and tidy, comfortable seats and free hot drinks.

Great service. Arrived early and started work straight away which meant I got the car back much sooner than I expected, very happy. I didn’t know this place existed, but now they have a new regular customer in the future. Thanks very much.

Waited longer than expected
Online it gives you a time 8.30 but when I got there and asked when will it be done they said this afternoon what ended up being about 1.30 so I had to wait around not knowing what to do

Poor customer service sent car back after lights come back on dash after passing mot ,the next day and told I’d need £157 to spend ,terrible

Don’t believe all that you are told!
Went to have front 2 tyres replaced. Asked if they would check rear brakes as I thought they were sticking. Received call to say I needed a set of callipers as seized, new discs and pads for just over £900. Advised I should not drive car. I took my car to my own mechanic who replaced discs and pads for £330 and said my callipers did not need replacing.

I booked and paid for a Gold Service…
I booked and paid for a Gold Service when I got to the ProTyre this morning at 8:30am I was told they are unable the do the I paid and booked for as they were already fully booked. I asked for a refund and they were unable to do it there and then. I feel like I have been scammed. Wasted my time, petrol, having time off work.
