Dear Mr Gilpin,
We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced with your tyre order and fitting. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for your appointment expecting two tyres and only finding one. We are actively looking into why the website indicated both tyres would be ready when they were not. Thank you bringing this to our attention.
If you have any questions or require any other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerrelations@protyre.co.uk
Best regards,
Eddie
