I arrived unexpectedly & was amzed that the tyre man was able to start my job almost immediately. After a short time he came in with bad news that I needed another tyre as well on my van but that wasn't a big deal as I realised the problem was somewhere I couldn't see so I said yes & it was done quickly & to my great satisfaction!

Use of Sealant for Flat Tyre
Experienced a flat tyre on my vehicle and used Continental Mobility Tyre Sealant, provided as original equipment, to get me to CTS/Protyre Derby for repair. They advised that as I had used sealant it could not be repaired and fitted a new tyre. A week later had the misfortune to suffer another puncture. This time I left the offending object in the tyre and attended Protyre again. They could not help this time due to lack of staff so took my vehicle to another garage nearby. Mentioning my recent misfortune with punctures they, to my surprise, advised that the use of sealant should not preclude a repair. So, which advice is correct?

Excellent service. Arrived before my appointment time and they got started straight away fitting 2 new tyres. The manager even managed to squeeze me in a steering alignment at the same time.

The team at Protyre Autocare - Derby Mansfield Road looked after me very well. They offered a can-do approach to the issues on the car. Managed to slot me in for issue investigation and remedial fixes (2x front tyres). Took me through the Pros and Cons of the different tyre options. Allowed me to buy the tyres using the online option and discounts. Note in store can't use AMEX, online does. Special thanks to Craig, Nas, Ash and Ben who have been instrumental in sorting the car out.

On tyres, had a problem with the wheel nuts which they showed me and it was sorted, so was happy with service and will use again. No problem recommending them

Called in by chance to have the tracking checked on my own and my daughters car. They managed to get us in a short time later. The daughters car needed adjustment, we were informed of the cost which we agreed to and was carried out quickly. My car was was within limit and was checked at no cost to me. Happy with the service and speed it was carried out.

April 2026 - Returned to these super chaps once more - this time to swap tyres on my 1968 MGB Roadster. Fab service, very professional and took great care with my car here to jack etc. Big shout out thank you to Jamie and Ash fitters and Craig & Naaz on the front desk. Thank you chaps! See you again !
