Good service once we arrived without an appointment, price of new tyre unchanged from previous visit. However, spent 20 minutes on hold using website number and a further 10 minutes on hold on another... Ver mais
Excellent service. Fast, friendly and even though I agreed to a 4 wheel alignment and was ready to pay. My car wasn't in a condition to do so and I wasn't charged any extra.

Brilliant kind helpful staff!
What a kind helpful member of staff Chris is.He was definitely my knight in shining armour today. My emergency warning for low tyre pressure came on and I thought I had a puncture. Although he couldn't give me an appointment today he checked my tyre pressures, reassured me there wasn't a puncture, said it was safe to drive and said the low pressure was probably due to potholes. He was right. I got home safely. I'll continue to use Pro Tyres and warmly recommend them for their helpful knowledgeable staff. THANK YOU!

Fitting set of all weather tyres
Excellent advice given regarding the choice of tyres. Ease of making an appointment to have them fitted.
Good communication on the day.
Only one small point, key for removing wheels was not put back but left in the car, but overall a very positive experience.

Great place for tyres
Good place for tyres, good pricing and helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to return because one tyre had a slow leak and tracking not quite right. Staff were very apologetic, refunded the tracking and fitted another tyre with valve leak sorted. Highly recommend them.

Chris and his team were exceptional
Chris and his team were exceptional! I needed a new set of tyres on my motorbike with little notice, and Chris found both tyres and fitment at a good price. The technician found an unrelated problem with my brakes and took the time to very clearly explain what the problem was and what was needed. I left Protyre feeling very pleased with the service and the price, and would totally recommend them.

I ordered Michelins that to be…
I ordered Michelins that to be delivered the following day but they did not arrive. Had to accept dunlops. Fitting, balancing tracking took two and a half hours. Otherwise personal service was good.
