Booked in and paid for a battery change via the website. Apparently the website gave me some iffy information and I’d ordered the wrong battery for my car. Fortunately the team identified the correct battery needed and fitted it no issues and I was back on the road again in no time.

Very helpful staff, no nonsense and great service
Had a puncture in my rear tyre of my motorcycle, called protyre exeter and they fit me in within a couple hours. Fantastic team!

I went to have a wheel bearing done
I went to have a wheel bearing done. But unfortunately they found other issues. They ordered the parts and got the job done on the same day!.

Protyre Exeter at Marsh Barton has looked after me and my car for the past 11 years and I can’t praise them highly enough. As a single older woman they have gone out of their way to help and their prices are extremely fair.
Their customer service is brilliant and I throughly recommend them.

They gave me advice prior to the MOT, which meant that I could resolve issues prior to the official test date. I could continue to use the bike, my main transport until the old MOT expired
