The wheel was loose in the boot, I believed it had a slow puncture. It was taken out of the boot straight into the workshop. About 20 minutes later the wheel was repaired it wasn't a puncture it was leaking from the rim.

Booking a slot was simple, the website was easy to use and offered a large range of choice which was easily narrowed down.
