Excellent value and great service as usual

Second time visiting the Guildford branch for 4 wheel alignment on the Hunter system. Great service, good knowledge and technicians. Love the certificate on the wall re not ripping women off, nice touch. Will definitely use again.

Not good they failed my MOT saying that the power steering was leaking and i had to go to the main dealer,
The main dealer(Nissan) said it wasn't leaking just residue on the joints and passed its MOT

Booked MOT online and received £10 against the booking. Arrived early, they attended to the vehicle early and were professional amd courteous throughout.

The manager saved our holiday to the Alps by assisting with a change to winter tyres at short notice.

Friendly and efficient staff. They always make you feel welcome and give me special attention knowing I lost my husband recently. I feel confident that the work they do on my car is necessary unlike many garages who ‘find’ problems!

To be fair, the service generally was good but with a few caveats. Trying to charge £10 per wheel to swap the front tyres to the back, unbelievable for undoing 4 extra bolts per side when I was spending several
Hundred pounds.
I punctured one of the new tyres within a week on a pothole so went back again. This time the mechanic told me I also needed the existing rear tyres replacing for some absolute nonsense reason, which was missed the week before. So beware of unnecessary upselling, I checked them with another garage and were told they were fine.
Also, price wise they added £40 to the price in the garage compared to online (price matched after I complained) but again, beware

Extremely helpful when I visited after having a puncture in a tyre. Had all 6 childminding children with me and it wasnt an issue at all. Very friendly and although the issue wasnt resolved - through absolutely No fault of the garage, I am so grateful for their time.
