Excellent service from Protyre hemel Hempstead when changing all four tyres on my car. They offered a great deal on the tyres, and I also benefited from half-price wheel alignment, which made it even better value for money.
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. One of my old tyres still had good grip, so I asked if I could take it home with me, and they were happy to accommodate my request. I really appreciated their flexibility and good customer service.
Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience at a great price. I would happily recommend Protyre to others!

Very bad experience
Took the car to PROTYRE in Hemel Hempstead just for MOT with complimentary wheel Alignment on Groupon. What a Bad experience. Car was serviced prior the MOT elsewhere,so no work needed but took it there because of Groupon; and somehow the car left this garage with more issues than it was brought in.
The headlight hight beam was readjusted so badly that car was undrivable on motorway at night. Left High beam literally shining downwards 3 m at front of the car instead of into distance. Had to take the car back to them to get it fixed another day but they still didn't get it right. Obviously their attitude changed as well because of that. From me being a customer to being a burden.
As for the free wheel Alignment check, they presented me with protocol showing that it is very bad and should be adjusted for £90. When I saw the figures so bad it raised a red flag. The whole rear suspension was completely changed 2yrs ago, so I immediately suspected something is not right and refused the realignment. I took it to another garage for second opinion and adjustment and it just confirmed my suspicion. Camber was good just little toe adjustment needed. Nothing that bad as PROTYRE claimed. I don't know how they checked it or what machines they use, or if they calibrated it right but wouldn't trust them with changing a light bulbs. That bad in my opinion the garage is. Will not go there again.

Wrong tyre fitted when queried told it was the same tyre just different marking. Checked when I got down the road it was the wrong tyre garage then called to advise me I was right & I returned to get it rectified.

Good job on my front wheel alignment.
I booked my front wheel alignment with these guys as I know they did a good job on a previous occasion. I like the way you get a printed wheel diagram of before adjusting and after. Good job again this time.
