Called in without an appointment with a screw in a rear tyre. Although arrived fitting a ‘lunch break’ for the fitting team I was away and back on the road within 30 mins following a repair and rebalance. Would not hesitate to go back.

Amazing service!

I took my classic MGB to Walkers (Protyre) Bradgate St. Leicester to have the front wheel tracking adjusted. This was done quickly and efficiently. I paid, what did seem a slightly high price and drove home. On looking more carefully at the invoice I was amazed to see an 'environmental charge' of £4.16 (£4..99with vat) added to the bill. What is the justification for this? No tyre or oil to be disposed of! I rang the depot and was told that this is standard practice and is automatically added to all invoices! This seems to me to be an unreasonable, unjustified charge, which has cast a shadow over an otherwise excellent experience. This experience will, in the future, make me think twice before I use this company again.

I was served what I wanted and very quick as well. I booked through telephone not knowing it didn’t go through but when I got there although my appointment didn’t go through, I was received well by the Staff and serviced my car well. Now my car functions as a new car.

Pro tyres guys are absolutely professional. I would recommend to my family and friends. I will visit them again and again for my car repairs. Thanks once again Pro Tyres.

Jay was quick, friendly and efficient fixing two punctures. Always happy to return to this branch as always keen to help unlike other Tyre shop companies in this area.

The guys are professional and friendly - they will ask if you want things done at the same time like tracking etc but aren't pushy and they are genuinely good recommendations - will come back again :)

Pulled into Protyre this morning with a nail in my tyre. Jay met me and I explained what the problem was. He sorted me out quickly and efficiently, there and then. I was on my way within half an hour. Very pleased with the service and would recommend both Jay and the company. Thank you from the Lexus driver.
