What a great team
Having called around to get a price for an emergency tyre replacement, they came back as one of the cheapest but the delivery time swung-it for me. I ordered the tyre at 10:00 and it was waiting at 1:30 - thats great service. Because my care came with a tyre inflation kit, it didn’t have a jack. I managed to raise the care enough to get the flat off, but they lent me a trolly jack to lift it that last couple of inches to get the new one on. “All part of the service” 👍

(Updated) I booked a basic two-front wheel…
Update: as promised, ProTyre looked into the issue. Martin, the manager at ProTyre Syston, contacted me and arranged a courtesy wheel alignment, emphasising that they will pay particular attention to detail. I am pleased to share that this afternoon, ProTyre Syston has corrected my wheel alignment and I am completely satisfied with their service.
(Original Review) I booked a basic two-front wheel alignment on my Peugeot 107 - and shared the fact that another ProTyre branch had aligned this car when I had my tyres fitted but it wasn't quite right as the steering isn't straight and I observed that my tyres were beginning to wear unevenly.
To Syston's benefit, they had the car wheel aligned within ten minutes. Unfortunately, the steering is now less straight than before and I am monitoring my tyres to see whether they are continuing to wear unevenly.
I would have appreciated the job take twice as long if it was done correctly. Frankly, a Peugeot 107 front wheel alignment is about as basic wheel alignments go and I am disappointed that the staff appeared to rush the job rather than doing it correctly.
