The staff were so helpful and really friendly.

Easy to book online and then very helpful and prompt service to have the tyre changed.

On arrival, I thought I wouldn't be long as there was nobody else there and just two fitters who didn't appear to be doing a lot. I was told to see the manager in the office who said I had to leave my car keys with him and that they would be about an hour which I thought was quite a long time considering the place was empty and normally at other tyre places you stay with your car until the finish. However, it was done within the hour when I got back from a walk but I noticed that the drivers seat was moved right back and the auto climate was switched on. Why? Seems an odd thing to do when changing a wheel.

Service was 'casual'... I wasd disappointed that the technician didn't remind me that I would need my tracking checked, especially as I had had uneven wear on the old tyre

Less choice on tyres and batteries. No longer store winter or summer customer tyres

Car tyres checked. Replacement sourced and fitted at time that suited me. All good!!

Easy and quick

Quite happy with service, staff attitude and response to all queries.
Only problem was cost. (my problem due to my choice of vehicle )

Excellent service from the Matlock team as usual.

I have used this place for years and Ben and his team give excellent service and great prices. We had an issue with 8 wheel nut covers coming off and Ben explained that over time they swell and come off, not too expensive to change and all 8 replaced now. Every day is a school day.

Service was helpful and friendly but despite paying for tyer balancing this was not done or not done properly and I had to take it back to be sorted.

Near catastrophic failure of service as 5 x wheel nut came loose and wheel fell off within 2 miles of leaving branch!
I’ve been using this branch for 37 years and have never experienced such a failure of safety!
Called on Saturday morning to raise complaint and was told Area Manager will call me back, but they have failed to do this before holiday break.

Great service

Great service on my first visit, very disappointed with my second visit. A week after ordering tyres l was informed they were in stock by the staff covering for holidays. When l arrived for fitting l was told that the tyres were not available, not in stock and had not been ordered.
It was left up to the returning manager to sort things out.
The guys down there (Ben and Andy) got things sorted despite being exceptionally overworked.
My advise would be to employ someone to answer the phones and take care of the front desk, the amount of missed business must be phenomenal.

Great guys at the depot , late delivery of tyres had to come back , no invoice sent , poor management
