I had booked on line for a 12.00 tyre…
I had booked on line for a 12.00 tyre fitting, I had to wait until just before 12.30 for work to start on my car, I would have thought someone could have told me they were running late. The service otherwise is fine and I will continue to use you in the future, but from a customer point of view it is far better to be told there is a delay rather than be left in my car not really knowing what was going on.

Pricing Much Higher than BMW Dealer and Other Service Centrerss
Was quoted a high price to replace brake discs and pads, was promised a better quotaion which I never received.
As a concequence, after many year of our family using Protyre we have switched to a different supplier with great customer service and reasonable pricing.
