The staff were professional and courteous a job well done

Yet again having to moan about the same thing still awaiting a call from higher management as promised by the male and female that replyed to my reviews on here and yet week 5 still nothing so small claims court have been contacted and proceedings will commence so never believe what they reply back too

Staff seem quite professional and frienly do what is required within their predicted time scale.

Booked car in for a Re-Gas & number of safety checks. Dropped off car at the pre booked time and was Informed it would be a couple hours. Returned just over 2 hours later to be informed they had run out of Aircon Gas and no checks had been carried out yet therefore to bring back car in couple days. Pretty disappointing that I wasted time & money that could have been avoided if the Garage kept on top of there inventory. Rebooked Car back in but slow service and seems they are short staffed so very unlikely to be returning here…

Had my MOT done here. Drank coffee, watched it on screen..comfy sofa and my podcasts. So a pleasant environment. As opposed to some where I've had to walk around in the rain for an hour.
Car needed a little job done to pass..and they easily sorted.
They have a new manager and he is really going the extra mile to make this place great. I would absolutely recommend.
