As ever, the men at your New Milton tyre shop are a pleasure to deal with - the work is completed in good time in a courteous manner.
Called in on spec as I had a suspected puncture in my BMW, the branch manager was most help ful and within 30 minutes they had fixed the puncture at a very price. Excellent service and recommend this... Ver mais

Test didn’t work
Had an air con test and they said it was fine, so regassed it. But it only worked an hour so took it back in and they said it was leaking (which is the point of the test to check this!).
They were kind to refund but a lot of wasted time and diesel etc

Trying to upsell to a vulnerable female
Two garages said slight play but not needed to be done straight away
The car had been serviced the day before but I went to another garage to ask them they both said it’s fine
It’s not the way to do business if you want repeat customers.

No waiting
As usual, if you arrive without a booking, they can sometimes fit you in. Service is very prompt. On this visit, I thought the Air Conditioning re-gas (R134a) was expensive compared to the previous year.

A huge thank you to Mike, Lee, Branden & co at Protyre, New Milton, Hampshire UK. First class service re ordering/fitting new tyre and front/rear wheel alignment, after unsuccessfully navigating my way through some of the very worst pot-holed/chasmed roads in the country on the Oxford ring road.....missed 99% of them, then got caught out! It is a huge pleasure to visit the centre with a team that are always very welcoming and hospitable; whilst providing excellent and very efficient competitively priced customer service.
