I didn't like that you allegedly sent an email with the invoice to my home address but it did not arrive in my inbox. I had to physically return and request a printed off copy for my records.

Always happy to help out, very friendly staff. Reasonable prices and they dont rip you off like other places. They try and fix the tyre where possible to save money on having to have it replaced.

A great efficient service, a little pricey for tyres but if you go online they are one of the cheapest, 👍👍👍

They threw away the metal valve caps id bought and replaced with plastic ones. Not the end of the world but it cost me £8 to replace them. And the inflated one tyre to 37 and the othe tyre to 35. I think we all know they should be the same pressure.

Arrived with very low pressure in my tyre. Scanned to identify a nail embedded in it. Repaired in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable £30.

I have had 2 punctures in recent months requiring replacement tyres at Newark. The staff were so friendly & informative on both these occasions I I decided to have my major service and MoT with them. Great service again - they told me of a potential delay in getting the MoT completed on arrival because of machinery malfunction but said they would find a solution and they did, keeping me informed as promised as the day progressed.

Tyre fitted on time and staff helpful. Car park very small and restricted

Tyres were ok and fitted in good time.
Asked for tracking to be done. And was told that it was, and was out but couldn't tell me details. When I inspected the car on my return home, the track rods were not even touched.
So they took my money but didn't complete the work
