Popped into the local Newark branch yesterday. I need two new tyres the young man couldn’t have been more helpful. He came outside to check the size and got me the best deal which I was happy with. Arrange a time to be fitted this morning as they had to be ordered in.
Great service guys there are all nice and helpful and courteous. All done and on my way home in a hour .Would definitely recommend.

The finished job was great, but turning up with 3 lads stood outside, leaning on a car, 2 of them smoking and on their mobiles without even looking up when I parked and walked up wasn't great.
However.... One of the lads was spot on, friendly and talked me through what was going to happen and then explaining what they did and the process they had completed was amazing. Overall happy with the result but professionalism wasn't close!

I have been using this branch for very many years. It is still called Selecta Tyre at Newark. I have just had a new tyre fitted and a puncture repaired. I also had front discs and pads replaced on the 1st May. The problem ls that one of the lockable wheel nuts is missing and has been replaced with one of the old original wheel nuts that were in the hatch. I have rung the branch to complain. Based on this experience, how could I use this branch again?

I should also point out that I had to make three trips to the Newark branch before the puncture was successfully repaired, but at least I was not charged and I thanked Protyre for that.

Update: I am pleased to say that I have been supplied with a new set of lockable wheel nuts which I have fitted and all is now well. It has been hard work resolving this issue but we have get there. Many thanks to the area manager, Simon, and the branch manager Kallum.

I use Protyre recently for tracking and alignment on my front wheels. The booking process was simple, all done online. Everything went perfectly in the workshop thank you very much.

Really good service - not the most outgoing crew, but they do a great job, and quickly.
