brilliant a great team of lads who were extremely helpful and professional,have used bathwick tyres on 2 occasions and will only use bathwick tyres newport from now on.

Everything on time and worked well. Booked online as tyres were cheaper although I did check with Bathwick Tyres/Protyre before I booked. Very pleased.

Aled and all the lovely gentlemen working there in the Newport branch on corporation road are a true asset to the company. It’s cheap parts/service without compromising quality. They dont try and rip you off like others do! If you need anything to do with tires/battery or service dont hesitate!! Thank you for putting me at ease.

Excellent service
Quick and timely service. When I got there they had the new tyre out ready to go on my car. Staff were friendly too.

My expectations were exceeded in all respects. I received a friendly welcome and the car was taken into the fitting bay straight away. The fitter took obvious care in fitting, to the extent of pointing out a future problem area with a wheel and offering a short-term fix. I am most grateful for the care and attention I received. If only all tyre fitters were this good!

Great service just a tad expensive

We all know motoring can be expensive, and my day went from bad to worse when I collected a screw in the rear tyre on the way to work.
I rang Protyre, who are on my way home, got a price and a tyre in stock. I asked them to keep the tyre for me as it was the only one left in stock, and I would call in on my way home.
As asked, they kept the tyre, and once I confirmed it was me who had rang one of the fitters, Tyler Coles started to sort my tyre out. Tyler couldn't have been any more polite and professional if he tried. I genuinely appreciate good customer service, and Tyler was right up there in my opinion.
I'd been having problems with my TPS as well, so I asked Tyler to check them for me. He did, and they were all dead, so 4 new TPS were required too. Tyler spoke to his manager, Aled Dobson, who confirmed they had the sensors in stock and they could fit them there and then, so I asked them to do so.
The final bill was a bit more than I had hoped, but the customer service, professionalism and workmanship were excellent. There was another colleague who helped with putting everything back on the car and checking pressures and torque settings on the wheel nuts, but unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. There was only a three-man team that I saw on this occasion, but they were all excellent, and I would highly recommend them on that alone.
