Had a silver service on my ford focus 1.5 st line x 15/7/2025 and I didn't get a paper readout of said service as to what had been carried out, also I had to remove drivers side carpet and clean it due to mechanics dirty feet and I also had to clean drivers side door card and handle and armrest due to mechanics dirty hands.The mechanic did not reset the oil life and as I left I asked if he'd filled out the service book which he hadn't and went off to do so,all these issues may sound trivial but I would expect better from a large company with so much competition around hence I would not use protyre again due to poor quality service.

I booked car in for 10 am . Your company rang me and asked if l could take the car in at 9 30 instead so l did and it was nearly 10 am before they started on my car which l wasn't happy about also the 2 tyres they put on my car the nuts have been put on to tight so if l get a puncture at the road side l won't be able to take the wheel off

Aircon now functioning brilliantly. First time ever I've had an Aircon regassed after living without it for years. Very thorough work and reasonably priced.

First thing Monday morning I dropped in for a puncture repair and after a short wait they dealt with there and then, I was expecting to have to come back later or have a long wait. Bob on.

When I took my car to Protyre to have a new battery fitted there were no warning lights showing. After the new battery was fitted my car wouldn’t start. Staff said a fuse had blown !!! I gave them my pack of fused and they replaced it. The car then started and I drove off. Every time I started the car after that a warning came up “Engine fault. Repair needed”. The service light also stayed on and I couldn’t cancel it (normally it’s very easy to cancel it and takes about 10 seconds). I had to take my car to a garage to have it put on a diagnostic test and all the faults were cleared after a second fuse was replaced. Obviously this fuse had also blown when the battery was replaced.

Ordered online, delivered to my local depot Harold’s Tyres in Penrith. Arrived on Saturday afternoon and got them fitted on my caravan

Arrived without a booking due to puncture, staff were very helpful and replaced 2 tyres. Very polite and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff fitted the new tyres very quickly and professionally.
