Protyre Autocare - Sheffield Sharrow Vale Road Avaliações

Can't think how the service could be improved...totally efficient.

I telephoned this morning to make an appointment and was offered 1.30pm. Reception welcomed me and said it would take an hour, which it did. Ethan was very professional and Cassey could not have been more helpful.

Friendly staff , professional , honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Good products and very good prices. What's not to love?

I had a puncture nesrby and drove to Protyre. They replaced the tyre promptly and I was on my way in less than an hour. Great

Great efficient service at a price that couldn't be matched

They were polite and efficient and timely.

2 new tyres fitted to my car. Job was done quickly and very well. Happy with the service I received. Staff made some recommendations on tyre choices which turned out to be a very good choice.

Service was speedy and with a smile. Reasons were given for what was needed

Excellent service throughout
So polite staff. I would recommend to anyone

Changed a tyre straight away , half hour wait and a choice of quality and price .

Excellent garage, efficient polite staff. Solved my problem very quickly.

Friendly staff but...no print out provided for the wheel alignment test. Was told that they come out of the printer 'at random times.' I phoned later to ask about it but the print out still hadn't appeared. Not great when you're paying £90 for this.

Managed to fit me in as an emergency on a bank holiday when I had a puncture. Tyre could not be repaired and they were able to get me a new one the following day. Good service and communication.
Were also able to give me good advice over replacing tyres on another vehicle.

All sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended

There seems little point in having timed on- line bookings when the timings have no correlation with reality.
The system needs to be updated and this issue addressed

Have used them before. Am familiar with some of the staff. Have always been happy with the service.

Helpful and kept to time. Thanks

Protyre are very competent and friendly. I get them to change my winter/summer tyres. Convenient, friendly, reasonable price

Order the tyres from their warehouse that I had chosen, fitted them on the day and time I had chosen, balanced them, and inflated them to the correct pressure.
